The wedding celebrations of Zaid Hussain Nawaz, the grandson of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and son of Hussain Nawaz are kicked off.
Zaid Hussain Nawaz tied the knot with Aiman Habibi, daughter of renowned industrialists Sheikh Habib-ur-Rehman. The Nikah and Mehndi events were held on December 25. The event of Barat is set for December 27 and the Walima is scheduled for December 29 in Lahore.
For the grand wedding celebrations, Jati Umra is adorned with the lights. Roads leading to the venue have been decorated with lights on trees and flower pots placed to add to the aesthetic. All the family members of Sharif residing abroad have reached the hometown to attend this wedding.
Many high profile figures are invited to this prestigious event. Approximately 500 guests attended the Nikah, while the Walima will host around 700 attendees. Eminent political personalities will join the wedding festivities of Zaid Nawaz. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also visit Jati Umra at 4 PM today to share the joyful moments.
Guests from the United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, and India are also expected to join the wedding of Mr. Nawaz grandson.
