After making waves with her work in Marvel and Netflix, Pakistani superstar Mehwish Hayat is now hinting at a new musical project alongside Indian rapper and singer Yo Yo Honey Singh.
Earlier this year, rumors of a collaboration between the two started circulating when they were spotted together, sparking curiosity by mentioning an exciting “killer new track.” Now, it appears those speculations are becoming reality, with a sneak peek shared online.
Yo Yo Honey Singh posted a new Instagram reel on Friday morning, featuring himself alongside the “London Nahi Jaunga” actress, seemingly performing part of their upcoming song. His caption, “Karampura Karachi connection baby,” gave away a few hints, suggesting something exclusive with Hayat.
Fans of both stars were quick to react, with millions engaging with the post and expressing their excitement for the much-anticipated release in the comments.
In a recent project, Singh worked with Pakistani artists Wahab Bugti and Sahiba, of Coke Studio fame, on his multilingual album, “Glory.”
Additionally, during his appearance at the IIFA Awards in Abu Dhabi, Singh shared his wish to perform in Pakistan and expressed his admiration for several Pakistani artists, including Hayat. He added, “I hope to perform in Pakistan soon,” fueling more excitement among cross-border fans.
