Pakistan Meteorological Department on Friday predicted rainfall in various parts across Pakistan, including Islamabad, from October 5 to 8.
The MET office also issued the new weather advisory.
According to the prediction, western winds will enter the upper regions of the country from October 5.
Rain is expected in Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Malakand, and Swabi from October 5 to 8.
Weather experts say that from October 5 to 7, rain is likely in Mardan, Kurram, Orakzai, Kohat, Hangu, and Dera Ismail Khan. From October 5 to 7, rain is also expected in Murree, Galyat, Gujrat, and some areas of central and southern Punjab.
Similarly, rain is forecasted for the capital city, Islamabad, from October 5 to 7, and from October 5 to 8, rain is also expected in Quetta, Zhob, Lasbela, and Quetta, according to the Meteorological Department.
