Pakistani actress, Mahira Khan, revealed the real reason behind netizens assuming she had a bun in the oven, following her marriage to Salim Karim.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8, the Raees star posted a video on her Mashion YouTube channel, titled Mahira Khan Unfiltered: Post-Marriage Revelations, Rumor-Busting and Real Talk, in which she had an interesting conversation related to the whirlwind pregnancy rumors that Khan had to address because the internet went crazy.
Back in February, the Humsafar famed actress made headlines when social media portals suggested that the star is expecting her second child with her husband, Salim. Khan, obviously, quashed pregnancy rumors stating that they are baseless.

During the blog posted on YouTube, Khan was asked, “What’s the weirdest rumor you’ve heard about yourself recently?” to which the star said, “that I’m pregnant.
It’s all weird. It’s just a rumor. I don’t know where they came up with it, I think it’s because I put on weight.”

But pregnancy rumors weren’t the only ones Khan had to address. The internet also assumed that the Bin Roye star had left her Netflix debut, Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo.
“It’s not true,” Khan commented, affirming that her upcoming projects are still in the pipeline.
What Does Mahira “Love, Hate, and Tolerate” about Salim?
In another segment of the video, Khan revealed tidbits about her marriage and the new chapter in her life. Khan took her fans on a journey where she shared candid details about Salim, and what she “hates” and “tolerates” about him.
“I hate that he’s not expressive and I tolerate that he’s not expressive. No, sometimes I like the music to be turned off, but he likes the music to be on all the time. It’s like the minute he wakes up, he wants the music on. I like listening to the sound of birds.” she revealed about her significant other.
And what does she love so much about Salim? In her words, Khan loves that he “tolerates” the fact of her “having breakfast alone.”

In October last year, the couple tied the knot in a high-profile wedding which took place in Bhurban in the presence of their family members and close friends. The actor met Salim, the CEO of Pakistani telecom company Simpaisa, in 2017 and they got engaged in 2019 in Turkey.
