A shipment of 2,000 tons of bombs from the US has arrived in Israel.
According to a foreign news agency, the Israeli Ministry of Defense said that a large quantity of 2,000 pounds of bombs were unloaded at Ashdod Port from a ship that arrived last night.
The bombs were loaded onto dozens of trucks and sent to Israeli air bases.
Defense Minister Israel Katz expressed happiness over the arrival of the bombs, saying that this shipment was issued by the Trump administration, which is proof of the strong alliance between the two countries.
According to the Israeli Ministry of Defense, more than 76,000 tons of military equipment have arrived in Israel since the start of the war in October 2023, most of which came from the United States.
