Bollywood Actress Urmila Matondkar has filed for divorce from her husband, Kashmiri businessman-model Mohsin Akhtar Mir. The couple has decided to end their eight-year marriage.
According to the resources, the 50-year-old actress has initiated divorce proceedings in Mumbai’s court. The specific reason for the divorce has not been made public yet, although it’s thought that the decision was not mutual.
A source from the court stated that the actress filed for divorce roughly four months ago.
According to reports from Indian media, a source revealed, “After careful thought, Urmila Matondkar has chosen to end her marriage with Mohsin. She has submitted her divorce petition. While the reason for the separation remains unclear, it is known that the divorce is not occurring on mutual terms.”
Additionally, Urmila has unfollowed Mohsin on social media, while he still follows her.
