The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP) has simplified the UAE visa application process, to facilitate the individuals applying for UAE visa.
To obtain an entry permit, valid for 30, 60, or 90 days, follow these easy steps:
- Download the UAEICP App: Available for Apple, Android, and Huawei devices, users must log in using their UAE Pass. Alternatively, applications can be submitted via the official ICP website at smartservices.icp.gov.ae.
- Choose the New Visa Service: Select the “Issuance of an Entry Permit (New Visa)” option. Then, indicate whether the visa is for a relative or friend, and choose between a single-entry or multiple-entry visa.
- Verify Your Information: If applying for the first time, enter your personal details. If you’re a registered user, confirm the existing information and update your contact details if necessary.
- Make the Payment: Complete the application by paying the fee, which varies depending on the visa duration.
The ICP will review the application, which typically takes up to 48 hours to process.
Residents of Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain can use this online service for UAE visa, while Dubai residents can apply through the DubaiNow app.
