Pak Suzuki Motor Company has announced a huge price drop of up to Rs. 710,000 for Swift in what they’ve called as a “limited-time offer.” In reaction to the present market, Suzuki unveiled the updated retail prices of Suzuki Swift effective May 1, 2024.
The Swift GL MT will now be available for Rs. 4,336,000, signifying a drop of Rs. 85,000 from its prior price of Rs. 4,421,000. Similarly, the Swift GL CVT gets a price cut of Rs. 159,000, currently priced at Rs. 4,560,000 compared to its former Rs. 4,719,000.
The Swift GLX CVT has seen the largest price modification, with a noticeable reduction of Rs. 710,000 from its prior price of Rs. 5,429,000 to Rs. 4,719,000.
It’s crucial to remember that, contrary to what the official announcement states, these updated retail prices do not include advance income tax and instead contain sales tax and FED.
The Pak Suzuki Motor Company’s Head of Corporate Affairs, Shafiq Ahmed Shaikh, stressed that these price reductions are only temporary and attributed them to the company’s efforts to minimize currency fluctuations and restore economic stability. He also emphasized how helpful government regulations and the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) were in making this choice.
Pak Suzuki’s action coincides with other notable price changes in the car industry. With effect from April 29, Lucky Motor Corporation has announced a significant price reduction for KIA’s Stonic EX+ in Pakistan, from Rs. 6,280,000 to Rs. 4,767,000.
