As the temperatures rise and the school year winds down, anticipation for the summer holidays is palpable across the nation.
Starting from June 7th, students and families are gearing up for a well-deserved break that stretches till the end of 19th August.
In Karachi, the capital of Sindh, as well as other places, the temperature has reached 30 degrees Celsius, and it is expected to rise even higher in the next several days.
The students’ lives are in danger due to heatstroke, dehydration, and other conditions brought on by the high temperatures. The administration stops schools for two months across the province to prevent such health effects.
Summer vacations ran from June 1, 2023, to July 31, 2023, the previous year. Commencing on August 1, all schools recommenced their instructional activities.
