Sialkot Airport has ceased operations for 13 days, halting all domestic and international flights.
According to the airport manager, the closure spans from May 6 to May 18.
In a related development, seventeen flights scheduled to depart from Jinnah International Airport Karachi were canceled due to low passenger numbers during Ramadan.
Among them, PIA flight PK-368 bound for Islamabad at 4 pm was canceled, alongside a private airline’s flight from Karachi to Dubai.
