Indian actress and singer Shehnaaz Gill revealed her feelings of possessiveness and insecurity regarding her close friend and rumored romantic interest, Sidharth Shukla.
During an appearance on Bollywood choreographer and filmmaker Farah Khan’s celebrity cooking show on YouTube, Gill discussed her preferences for men, stating that she typically prioritizes character and morality over physical appearance.
“I’m not usually impressed by how a man looks; what matters to me is his character and values,” she explained when asked about her dating choices.
However, she admitted to feeling a strong sense of attachment and jealousy when it came to Sidharth. “With Sidharth, I experienced feelings of ownership and insecurity because of his charisma. If he talked to another girl, I worried he might lose interest in me. I was possessive kyunki bhai woh handsome bhi toh tha (because he was handsome). When someone is that attractive, it’s natural to feel insecure,” she shared.
The Bigg Boss alum expressed hope in finding the right partner for life, stating her desire for lifelong loyalty. “I dream of spending my life with the same person forever,” she added.
For those unaware, Sidharth Shukla, a beloved figure in Indian television, tragically passed away from a heart attack in September 2021.
Although the two never publicly confirmed their romantic relationship, they consistently referred to each other as friends during their time together on Bigg Boss 13.
