Lok Sabha election results have not only brought setback for BJP led alliance NDA, they are equally shocking for Yogi Aditynath, one of the most controversial politicians of India considered widely as anti-Muslim.
CM Yogi’s party BJP have lost polls against INDIA Block in the key state of Uttar Pradesh which sends 80 members of parliament to Lok Sabha, a share more than any other state of India.
The UP poll results also show that Yogi’s anti-Muslim politics could no longer work in the state, according to some analysts. Ruling alliance NDA lost polls against INDIA comprising Congress and Smajwadi Party.
The results show the BJP secured 33 seats and its allies got three (the Rashtriya Lok Dal won in two constituencies and Anna Dal (Soneylal) was victorious in one).
The INDIA bloc won 43 seats with Samajwadi Party won 37 seats and Congress secured six. The Azad Samaj Party (Kanshiram) won single seat.
