A case has been filed against YouTuber Rajab Butt for allegedly creating content that offends religious sentiments, on Wednesday.
Hyderi Police Station in Karachi registered an FIR against Rajab Butt for creating such content which harms the religious sentiments.
As per Police reports, the case was initiated following a court order.
Riaz Ali, the lawyer representing the complainant, shared details about the legal process. He explained, “The court listened to our arguments carefully. After considering the matter, it directed the police to take action.”
Riaz Ali further stated their next objective. “Our primary focus now is to ensure the arrest of Rajab Butt,” he said.
He also stressed the significance of the case. “This case will set an important example,” he noted. “It will make others think twice before disrespecting Islamic values in any form.”
