Qalat: Security forces got attacked by terrorists in a suicidal assault in which one FC personnel embraced martyrdom.
Early accounts suggest four FC staff members were wounded as a result of the assault on the security convoy in Kalat.
Naik Attaullah became a martyr as a result of the suicide bombing.
Soldiers Waqil, Zahid, Abbas, and Mushtaq number among the wounded personnel.
Meanwhile in Taunsa Sharif, militants hit simultaneously on two roadblocks. The police reacted well to the heavy shooting by the attackers.
The police say the Basti Jade Wali and Lakhani checkpoints were assaulted by the terrorists with strong shooting.
Police verified their counter operation was successful in stopping the terrorist strike. Nary were anyone killed in the occurrence.
