The Rule have announced the release of a reloaded version of Pushpa 2, which will feature an additional 20 minutes of footage.
The Rule has declared on January 7 that this extended version will be available in cinemas starting January 11, 2025.
The announcement was accompanied by a new poster featuring Allu Arjun’s character, Pushparaj with the line ‘Reloaded Version’.
Pushpa 2 has already made a significant impact at the box office, surpassing Baahubali 2 and has become the highest-grossing Indian film.
The added 20 minutes added in the film aims to build on the ongoing success and offer fans more of the action-packed storyline. The reloaded version will be shown exclusively in theatres for a limited time, with no plans for an OTT release before a 56-day window.
Pushpa 2 production teams has also hinted at the possibility of another sequel Pushpa 3.
The film presents the story of a sandal seller smuggler who belonged to a small undeveloped town. The film delivers spectacular action sequences and stunning visuals, with Allu Arjun’s performance being absolutely unparalleled.
Alongside Allu Arjun, the film features Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and others in key roles. Fahadh Faasil plays the antagonist, SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, who seeks revenge against Pushparaj.
While Pushpa 2 has already made its mark, the new reloaded version has reignited excitement among Allu Arjun’s fans.
