In a move to recognize the efforts of its civil servants, the Punjab government has introduced a new initiative to allocate residential plots to officers in the civil service, PMS, and police service.
This program will distribute plots of various sizes to eligible officers, with options including two kanals, one kanal, and 10 marlas.
The plots are situated within a 2 km radius of the Kala Khatai Road Interchange.
The allocation breakdown includes a 30% share for Pakistan Administrative Services and PMS officers, 10% for police service officers, and another 30% for X-cadre government employees.
These plots will be offered with the convenience of installment payments over eight years, priced at Rs 800,000 per marla.
Higher-ranking officers, specifically those in grades 21-22, are eligible for the larger two-kanal plots.
The Planning and Development (P&D) department has issued an official notification and application form for this scheme.
