Punjab government demands commission to investigate PTI’s “anti-state narrative”

Punjab Information Minister Azma Bokhari said that a commission should be formed to investigate the “anti-state narrative” of the PTI.
She said PTI founding chairman Imran Khan should be asked for his anti-Pakistan move.The minister was addressing a press conference today and asked why only Hamoodur Rahman Commission report, May 9 should also be investigated. She alleged that PTI was planning another May 9.
She said that Imran Khan should also be aware of his relative’s role in Dhaka’s fall. She said that the recent statement of Zain Qureshi has corroborated the assessments that Khan himself is involved in his social media posts. She said that Intazar Panjutha’s statement has also proved that Khan is involved in all campaigns against the state institutions. Zain Qureshi is the son of PTI’s former foreign Shah Mehmood Qureshi in today’s statement said that no post on Khan’s social meta platform is shared without his approval and knowledge.
Advocate Panjutha who today met with Khan in Adiala jail said in a statement that Khan appreciates all his social media team for their excellent performance. This appreciation is about the current performance of the PTI’s social media team. This current performance is severe criticism on the state institutions, particularly the military establishment. This performance is also about the recent post on Khan’s official social media account that displayed a message and a video that declared Sheik Mujibur Rahman as a hero and the military as a traitor. Otherwise, what can be this appreciation about?
Thi is important to note that today another tweet came from some Walli who claimed that he prepared this controversial video and he was promised to pay 5000 US Dollars by the PTI’s leadership for that. This message also said that now he was contacting the PTI’s leadership but was not being responded. In the meantime, the PTI’s leadership is also being observed holding different views on this controversial video.
Meanwhile, the minister said that Khan was also making efforts for an NRO which would not be granted to him at all. She said that the PTI’s leadership should have enough courage to accept what they did. She said that banned terrorist organizations like the TTP have more moral authority than Khan in accepting what they do.
