Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Lahore organization has allegedly failed to formulate a strategy for the 24 November rallies and protests.
A few days are left in the protest and the workers are still hesitant, while the leadership of PTI Lahore and Punjab has disappeared from the scene.
On the other hand, PTI has announced a virtual protest tomorrow. Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced a virtual protest on 20 November, the meeting will commence at 7 pm on social media platforms.
According to the sources, the local-level leadership of PTI is in trouble. PTI leaders directed the workers to cover their expenses to reach Peshawar and then join the main convoy heading to Islamabad.
The sources informed that funds for the protest haven’t been provided yet from the central level of leadership, causing difficulties for the workers and supporters to arrange transportation and food.
Furthermore, currently, the workers are unaware of the strategy. They are contacting each other and asking how to go to Islamabad on November 24.
Meanwhile, during the Peshawar meeting, a strategy could not be finalized as per Bushra Bibi’s instructions, and the new leadership of Punjab and Lahore has yet to reach out to the workers. The meeting of the new organization could not be held under the direction of Bushra Bibi.
