Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will start protest movement in Punjab and hold mass meetings in different cities.
PTI leader and former federal minister Hammad Azhar has said the party will start its agitation in the province from April 21. He posted on X , formerly Twitter, that a committee has been formed to devise strategy and schedule for public rallies.
The committee members included Rehana Dar, Mehrbanu Qureshi, Zartaj Gul, Seemab Tahir, Kanwal Shozib, Hafiz Hamid Raza, Moonis Elahi, Major Tahir Sadiq, Sheikh Waqas Akram, Malk Amir Dogar, Salaman Akram Raja, Zulfi Bukhari, Zain Qureshi, Ahmed Chattah, Malk Ahmed Khan Bhuchar, Moen Qureshi, Mian Aslam Iqbal, Shankar Basra, Shabbir Qureshi, Aun Abbas, Rai Hasan Nawaz, Mehar Abdus Star, Ejaz Minhas, Shadab Jaffery and Zubair Niazi.
PTI has already announced countrywide protest demonstration across the country “for the independence of judiciary and to get its stolen mandate back.”
