The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCP) has announced whopping cash money prizes for the ninth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
According to PCB, the team to clinch the trophy will be awarded PKR 14 crore while the runner-up will be awarded PKR 5.6 crore.
The best player of the ninth season of PSL will receive PKR 30 lakh alongside the best batsman, bowler and wicketkeeper who will also win PKR 35 lakh. The same will be applied for the best all-rounder, fielder and umpire who will individually be awarded PKR 35 lakh.
As per the announcement of the Cricket Board, the winning cricketers of Emerging Player and Spirit of Cricket Awards will also be entitled to PKR 35 lakh as prize money.
Local media portals suggest that Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Mohsin Naqvi will distribute the prizes among the players.
