Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is set to visit Qatar on a two days official tour to meet Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, on Thursday.
According to media reports Premier received a warm welcome at his arrival at Doha International Airport. At the airport Pakistan delegation was welcomed by Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, the Qatari Ambassador to Pakistan, His Excellency Ali bin Mubarak Al Khater, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Qatar, His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Ejaz.
During this visit premier will lead Pakistan in delegation-level discussions with Qatar. Shehbaz will see Qatar’s Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim to discuss bilateral relations and explore new ways of cooperation in trade and investment.
PM Sharif will also meet Qatar Businessmen Association to discover investment opportunities in Pakistan.
During this tour Shehbaz will inaugurate “Manzar: Art and Architecture in Pakistan from 1940 to Present” the cultural exhibition.
