Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has invited foreign investors to engage in different sectors of Pakistan’s economy.
He stated that Pakistan is prepared to join countries that are setting the standard for innovation in the future while speaking at the Future Investment Initiative in Riyadh on Tuesday. “Infinite Horizons: Investing Today, Shaping Tomorrow” is the initiative’s topic for this edition.
The prime minister emphasized the enormous potential for global cooperation in Pakistan’s educational and healthcare fields. The future of human progress, he said, “lies in cooperation and teamwork. Without the assistance of others, no one nation can fully realize the possibilities of the future.
As Pakistan sets off on a path of resilience and shared prosperity, Shehbaz invited international investors to contribute their knowledge and experience.
Reiterating that Pakistan is on a transitional road with an emphasis on stability and prosperity, he urged friends and allies across the world to join forces in the pursuit of an innovative and forward-thinking future.
The Prime Minister also presented Pakistan’s vision for a knowledge-based economy that is fueled by innovation in three crucial sectors: healthcare, education, and artificial intelligence (AI).
In order to prepare its workforce to use AI in a variety of industries, he reaffirmed that Pakistan is dedicated to not just adopting AI but also to succeeding in it by producing highly qualified engineers and data scientists.
Shehbaz emphasized the government’s emphasis on digital literacy, vocational training, and educational reforms in order to raise a generation of tech-savvy people. He brought up programs like the Education Endowment Program and the Daanish School, which seek to give worthy kids access to high-quality education.
Regarding healthcare, he commended Pakistani youth for developing health-tech solutions and envisioned a time when physicians and scientists would work together internationally to better patient results.
