Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the Israel’s brutal attacks in Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran during his address at the Arab Islamic Summit in Riyadh, on Monday.
Addressing to Arab leaders, PM assured Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people. Shehbaz called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon.
During his speech Sharif stressed that there is a dire need to be united against the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza.
“In Palestine, Israel’s attacks represent a denial of human rights, causing immense loss of life and leaving people to live in constant fear”, PM mentioned.
Shehbaz also praised the Palestinians determination for achieving justice and lasting peace in the Holy Land.
PM Shehbaz warned that recent escalations in Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran could trigger a regional conflict. “I request the Ummah to unite in support of the Palestinians. I warned that this silence on Israel’s systematic genocide and aggression is provoking injustice”, PM added.
