A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) air hostess was apprehended at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport while attempting to smuggle 140,000 Saudi Riyals.
The air hostess had concealed the currency in her socks and was caught during routine checks.
Customs officials, led by DC Customs Raja Bilal, intercepted her before she could board a flight to Jeddah. The seized amount is equivalent to $37,000.
