One day before the deadline of May 25, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) revealed the 15-member team for the ICC Men’s Twenty20 World Cup 2024 on Friday.
Naseem Shah, Mohammad Rizwan, Fakhar Zaman, and Shaheen Afridi are among the notable figures in Pakistan’s roster for the World Cup, which kicks off in the United States and the West Indies on June 1.
The T20 World Cup will see the debuts of players like as Saim Ayub, Abrar Ahmed, Usman Khan, Azam Khan, and Abbas Afridi, while it will also be the first-ever appearances in the competition for Mohammad Amir and Imad Wasim since 2016 and 2021, respectively.
It is important to note that no backup players have been named for the World Cup team.
