Famous Pakistani actor Noor-ul-Hassan portrayed a role in a Turkish-Pakistani joint series, Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi.
“Salahuddin Ayubi” is a historical drama series based on the life and conquests of Muslim ruler Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi.
The drama portrayed the era when Sultan Salahuddin, the founder of the Ayyubid Empire, defeated the Crusaders and re-liberated the first Muslim holy city of Jerusalem in 1187 after 9 decades.
The drama series started airing on Turkey’s TRT1 last year. Following its release, the drama is also airing in Pakistan with Urdu dubbing on Hum TV. Dubai One is also airing this drama serial.
This Turkish series was produced by Turkey’s Akli Films and Pakistan’s Ansari and Shah Films. Famous Pakistani actors and producers, including Humayun Saeed, Adnan Siddiqui, Dr. Kashif Ansari, Ahmed Farooq Bakak, and Dr. Junaid Ali Shah are producing the project.
Recently Hum TV aired the 98th episode of Sultan Salahuddin Ayyubi, and Pakistani actor Noor-ul-Hassan gave his surprise entry in the episode.
Noor-ul-Hassan plays the role of Islamic preacher, scholar, and spiritual figure Hazrat Abdul Qadir Jilani.
Abdul Qadir Jilani is a highly respected and well-known religious figure, famous for spreading the message of Islam.
Hazrat Abdul Qadir Jilani’s act will be short but essential to raise the spirituality and guide the main character Salahuddin.
