Both sides reached a consensus that, to restore peace and order in the province, the government and opposition must work together. Additionally, there was consideration of convening a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security to further address security concerns.
The sources also said that the government and opposition agreed to jointly persuade Sardar Akhtar Mengal to reconsider and withdraw his resignation, signaling a possible political resolution to ongoing tensions.
