A local Islamabad court issued arrest warrants over absence of Omar Ayub and companions in two cases on violation of Section 144, on Monday.
The warrants were issued for PTI opposition leaders Omar Ayub, Aamir Dogar, and Aamir Mughal.
Acceptance exemption requests submitted for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan and Shoaib Shaheen. It come from Judicial Magistrate Shahzad Khan, who chaired the hearing.
Still, the case of the defendant’s acquittal applications could not be argued during the hearing.
At the I9 police station, the cases against Barrister Gohar and other PTI leaders were filed in relation to supposed contraventions of the prohibitory order.
The court then adjourned the hearing till April 23.
PTI members given 56 bail amounts.
Conversely, the AntiTerrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad awarded postarrest bail to 56 PTI workers on surety of Rs5,000 each.
Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain of ATC decided on the bail petitions filed by the detainees arrested after the November 26 rally. It prosecuted at Tarnol and Kohsar police stations.
During the proceedings, Advocate Sardar Busy presented the PTI staff.

It was from Peshawar to Islamabad, demanding the release of party founder Imran Khan on November 24, 2024.
Clashes between PTI followers and police forces occurred the next day. The march reached the national capital late on November 25.
