The chief minister of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, has refuted rumors that he and Bushra Bibi, the wife of former prime minister Imran Khan, are at disagreement.
Express News said that Gandapur called such assertions “baseless” and called them propaganda.
Gandapur explained to the Peshawar media that he and Bushra Bibi, the wife of former Prime Minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan, are not different.
He emphasized that getting Imran Khan out of custody is still the key priority.
The chief minister charged officials for bringing unfounded accusations against PTI officials and members. In spite of what he called politically driven obstacles, he reaffirmed the party’s dedication to its goals and intentions.
Prior to this, on November 25, KP Chief Minister Gandapur got into a heated argument with Bushra Bibi, the wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, over participation in the planned demonstration in Islamabad, according to local media reports.
According to the report’s sources, Bibi also declared her plan to lead the march. It claimed that Bibi had no political role and that Gandapur disagreed with her intentions to lead the protest march from Peshawar.
Bushra Bibi stayed in her car after the dispute, while Gandapur went to his house.
