Mustafa Amir murder case: Armaghan Qureshi, the primary suspect of Mustafa Amir murder case has been sent on a physical remand of 15 days.
Armaghan Qureshi, the alleged culprit in Mustafa Amir murder case was produced in Anti-Terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi.
However, Shiraz has been sent to jail, lately, he refused to record his statement before the magistrate.
The defendant argued that the police were forcing him to admit. His exhibit has been court ordered before the AntiTerrorism Court for remand.
Monday the accused in the Mustafa Aamir murder case, Shiraz, was brought up before the Judicial Magistrate South to produce his confession statement.
Legal proceedings dictated that Shiraz would record his statement under Section 164.
Before allowing for the confession to continue, the judicial magistrate gave the defendant one hour to rethink his choice.
The magistrate advised the defendant, Paul of life and death; take your time to consider.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), wrote letter to Sindh police and wants to record their statement.

Lately, Mustafa Amir mother wants the alleged culprit Armaghan Qureshi to be hanged multiple times till death, so that he can get to know the plight.

The father of the victim forcefully declared he would fight for justice unto his final breath.
He maintained the need of these behind his son’s death to be brought to justice.
Though he said he had been organizing his son’s funeral today, his fight for justice would start tomorrow.
Until the bitter end, he promised not to let the transgressors get away with impunity.
It is worth mentioning that the Sindh High Court has acted upon the murder of Mustafa Amir.
The judge managing the anti-terrorism court was ordered by the court to lose administrative control. Since, he had turned down the accused, Armaghan, remand.
After a request from the prosecuting department, this choice was taken.
The Sindh High Court also ruled to bring the matter before the Chief Justice.
Officially, the court rescinded the administrative power of the antiterrorism court judge who had denied the remand of the defendant Armaghan Qureshi in the Mustafa murder case.

According to police sources, the accused revealed that Mustafa was tossed three times before being killed.
