The workers were sternly opposed, saying that the party should be run from Bahadurabad and not the Governor House.
They also chanted slogans like “Go Governor Go” and “Go Tessori Go.”
Workers unexpectedly stormed MQM-Pakistan’s headquarters in Bahadurabad, protesting the organizational divisions.
They expressed their frustration, saying that while the party’s central office is in Bahadurabad, decisions are being made at the Governor House.

Workers claimed that the circular was issued the day before without consulting anyone, and therefore, they were protesting.
Most of the MQM workers are still sitting outside the Bahadurabad office.
Workers protested at the temporary center over newly assigned organizational posts.
During the demonstration, some workers clashed with party leaders.

Meanwhile, the growing internal divisions in MQM-Pakistan have put the party’s planned merger with PSP (Pak Sarzameen Party) at risk, as multiple leaders are dissatisfied over the distribution of organizational positions.
Additionally, MQM’s National Assembly member Syed Mustafa Kamal and senior leader Anis Kaimkhani have left the party’s official WhatsApp group.
