Ahmed Amin Bodla, a Pakistani martial artist, /broke his 14th Guinness World Record at Pakistan Association Dubai, last week.

Bodla also holds 10 Guinness World Records to his name that he won in the last decade, which are not only an honor for Pakistan but also underpin the talent that grows within the country.
Breaking his 14th Guinness World Record in the Pakistan Association Dubai, Bodla performed 534 one leg push ups carrying 60 pounds on back in one hour. This category was introduced by Guinness World Records in 2023 and the minimum target to achieve the record was 300.
Bodla nearly doubled it and is currently at the top in three Guinness World Record categories, which are still unbroken — 355 kicks in one minute, 801 kicks in three minutes and 6970 kicks in one hour.
The Sports Committee of Pakistan Association Dubai, in tandem with its esteemed tradition, organized a program in which the world record holder, Bodla, participated.
Boudla’s 534 single-leg push-ups in an hour, with a 60-pound weight on his back were up against the previous Guinness World Record at 325.
On this occasion, he expressed his utmost gratitude for the Pakistan Association for providing the space to create the world record. People of all ages and from all walks of life attended the program including women, children, young and old.

Aziz Joint Secretary Pak Chinar Wing, Businessman Shabir Merchant, Zahid Hussain General Secretary Pakistan Association Dubai were also present at the event.
Zahid Hussain said that sports play a vital and positive role in our lives. Shabir Merchant commended Bodla and said that he is a national hero for his dedication to his passion and also for bringing the name of Pakistan Association to limelight all over the world.
Ahmed Amin Bodla, who is this man?
Born on 9th of November, 1993, in PakPattan, Bodla went to numerous institutes as his father, an army officer was posted in different Pakistani cities and abroad.
At 14, his father’s guard – a Taekwondo trained guard, inspired Bodla who trained him. Initiating Martial Arts Training at age 15, in 2008, Bolda recieved Black Belt Training – National Taekwondo team-2009.
“When you intend to break a world record, it means you’re against the best of the world,” Bodla reportedly said about having the dedication to make and break records.
A Spanish Master’s video, prompted him to train for Guinness World Record Breaking, that showed the most kicks in a minute World Record. In 2014, Bodla struck 355 kicks in a minute breaking the record of American Master Raul. His 783 kicks in 3 minutes and 6970 kicks in an hour established World Records.
Being the only Pakistani who was inducted in Martial Arts Hall of fame USA, Bodla’s martial skills in him country lack government support and recognition. Bolda has used his talent to mentor many other Martial Arts trainee athletes, and is himself a huge fan of the International athletes George Hood of USA, and Robert Ardito from Australia.
