The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has issued a load-shedding schedule for Sunday (tomorrow).
The electricity supply will remain suspended within the limits of Central Park Grid, Johar Town Feeders, LEFO GRID Feeders, Sharqpur Feeders Feeders from Township Grid and Old Kot Feeders from Lakhpat Grid from 9 am to 2 pm. The Lesco spokesperson says the company would conduct the shutdown due to maintenance work.
Meanwhile, the company said it detected 48,489 connections from where the customers were pilfering electricity. It detected the theft in all its circles during 140 days of anti-power theft campaign.
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) in collaboration with Tehsildars (Recovery) has recovered more than Rs 2.16 billion from 73,612 dead defaulters in all five districts- Lahore, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Kasur and Okara- during 135 days of its recovery campaign.
