The Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education announced matric results. The percentage of successful candidates is 69.75 percent, according the BISE controller examination.
A total 250,000 students appeared and 174,000 passed the matriculation examination 2024.

In science group, a total 73.91 percent of students cleared the exam and over 80 per cent female students and 77 per cent male students passed it, showing girls outperformed boys in the results.
Similarly, in arts group, the total pass percentage is 55 percent with female and male students passing ratio stands at 63 percent and 38 percent respectively, again showing the better performance of the girls in the arts group.
The BISE Lahore management says 267 cases of cheating were identified during the examination. The examiners filed complaints and a total 60 FIRs were registered against the cheaters.
The students could check their results on the Board website. Wait for some moments and try again if the website did not respond. It could be technical issue due to overloading as thousands of students try to track their results at initial moments.
