Japan forest fire, the worst wildfire in 50 years, killed one, forced more than 4,000 people to evacuate, according to international media.
Fires are burning in a forest area of Iwate Prefecture, the second largest prefecture in Japan and the one with the second-lowest population density.
According to rescue officials, more than 80 buildings have already been damaged by the devastating fire.
Over 2,600 hectares, seven times the area of Central Park in New York, have been burned in the fire near the northern city of Ofunato, according to international media.
As per early investigation report, last year’s record-high temperatures and this year’s dry conditions have led to the Japan forest fire more intense.
The fire is being intensively put out by more than 2,000 firefighters and helicopters. However it continued to engulf an area of thousands of hectors.

As per officials statement these blazes rank among the most destructive in California’s history.
“This is one of the most catastrophic natural disasters our state has ever faced,” a government official said.
