Pakistani actress Zainab Raza opened up on the widely circulating rumors that suggest that she is the grand daughter of the late former President of Pakistan and Army Chief, General Retired Pervez Musharraf.
Zainab is an emerging actress of Pakistani media industry. Her appearance in the Pakistan’s popular reality show Tamasha, made her a known face for the audience. Later she showcased her acting talent in the drama Takbur and the movie Prey Hut Love.
Recently Zainab Raza is in headlines for her speculating link with the late Pervaiz Musharraf. Internet users are searching her name on Goggle and curiously trying to discover her relation with Pervaiz Musharraf. But Zainab has denied these rumors in her recent appearance in an interview of a local TV channel.
During the interview Zainab talked about the ongoing rumors about her link with Pervaiz Musharraf.
She said that she has no association with the late Musharraf. “There are many rumors about me that are not true. I did not come from America, and Pervez Musharraf is not my grandfather”, she clarified.
It is worth noting that this confusion raised due to the similarity of her name with Pervaiz Musharraf actual grand daughter.
Pervez Musharraf’s only daughter, Ayla Musharraf, is married to Asim Raza and they have two daughters, Maryam Raza and Zainab Raza. As Maryam is a prominent model in Pakistan, it wasn’t surprising when people get to know that Zainab has also joined the media industry. This was the reason when people speculated that Zainab is Pervaiz’ granddaughter.
However, Zainab has denied all these rumors saying that she has no connection with Pervaiz Musharraf.
