Bollywood actress Daisy Shah on Friday said that she took on a role in the film Hate Story 3 to break the “sisterly” image she had in the industry.
In a conversation with Indian media, Daisy Shah revealed that after making her debut with Salman Khan in Jai Ho, she started receiving offers for limited roles, particularly those portraying a “sisterly” image.
She said, “I had to do Hate Story 3 to break the image that I could only play sisterly roles,”.
Daisy Shah mentioned that after that, she began receiving offers for a variety of roles and proved with her talent that she could portray any kind of character.
