Students across the US have been protesting against war in Gaza and also calling for boycott of the companies having link with Israel.
International media reported that protests and encampments continued amid negotiations and arrests, side by side.
A university has cancelled the graduation ceremony fearing the intensity of the ongoing agitation. Police in different states have arrested several students and also admitted using chemical irritant to push back and disperse the demonstrators, claiming they were used in response to the objects thrown by the demonstrators on its officers.
According to media reports, major protest continued in colleges of New York, California and in Atlanta, Georgia.

Students say their protests are peaceful aiming at forcing the US government play its role in immediate ceasefire in Gaza war. They say the killing of children in the war could never be justified, condemning Israeli forces action against civilian population. Reports say more than 34,000 Palestinians have so far killed in the war, making children and women a majority victims.
UN say a famine in Gaza is inevitable, demanding Israel allow humanitarian aid to war hit area and calling the international community for help.
