In a successful medical procedure, doctors at Lahore’s General Hospital removed a hair clip from the stomach of a one-and-a-half-year-old girl using endoscopy on Tuesday.
The procedure, led by Dr. Hassan Salman Malik, was completed without complications, ensuring the young patient, who hails from Chungi Amar Sidhu, recovered swiftly.
The principal of PGMI, Prof. Dr. Al Farid Zafar, commended the medical team and nursing staff for their excellent work during the delicate operation.
Medical Superintendent Dr. Faryad Hussain urged parents to be cautious and keep sharp or dangerous objects out of their children’s reach to prevent such incidents.
