Owner of the Multan Sultans Ali Khan Tareen disclosed that his team had been paying all of star pacer Ihsanullah’s medical bills following his injury while elucidating why he was unable to recover from an elbow injury he sustained during a home series against New Zealand in March of 2023.
In response to a fan on X, Ali Tareen provided an update on the pacer’s ailment and made it clear that his operation didn’t work and that the injury was first misdiagnosed. Following surgery ‘The Multan Sultans’ are covering all of his living expenses and the costs of his treatment overseas, which has caused a delay in his return to the international scene.
The owner of Multan Sultans stated that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) was in charge of this, but he insisted that the national cricket organization assisted the player in obtaining a UK visa so he could receive medical care overseas.
After falling while bowling in the nets during a practice session, the 21-year-old pacer had pain in his elbow during the series.
Ihsanullah, who wanted to play in both the Asia Cup and the Afghanistan series, endured pain and anguish during the whole series. But because of his elbow injury, which prevented him from playing in the New Zealand series, Ihsanullah has had to endure an arduous recuperation process ever since.
The cricket player used to bowl at a pace of 150 clicks, but after surgery, his speed declined, and it appears that his recuperation would take some time to fully complete.
