Delhi election results claim that the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has achieved a historic victory in the Delhi Assembly elections, delivering a major blow to the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Earlier on Wednesday the most exit polls released that BJP is leading with majority votes. This lead has proven to be a significant setback for AAP and its leader Arvind Kejriwal.

Additionally, senior AAP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia also conceded defeat in the Jangpura seat, losing to BJP’s Tarvinder Singh Marwah by more than 600 votes.
