Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir to host iftar for the Pakistan cricket team on April 7 in Rawalpindi.
In Kakul, Abbottabad, the national team is presently participating in a fitness camp. The Army School of Physical instruction (ASPT) provided instruction and gym activities for Pakistani athletes.
The fitness camp, which was supposed to end on April 8, may end one day sooner than the previously stated date, according to sources. On April 7, the players will depart from Abbottabad and go to Rawalpindi for the Iftar dinner during the current fasting month of Ramadan.
New Zealand will arrive in Pakistan on April 14 ahead of the much awaited five-match Twenty20 International series.
On April 18, 20, and 21, the two teams will play three Twenty20 Internationals in Rawalpindi’s Pindi Cricket Stadium. After that, the two teams will travel to Lahore, where they will play the series’ last two Twenty20 Internationals on April 25 and 27, respectively.
The T20I series’ five matches will all begin at 7:00 p.m. (PST).
