A Pakistani youth from Ontario, Canada, wanted by the US on terrorism charges for allegedly targeting Jewish institutions in the US city of New York, has agreed to be sent back to the US.
It should be noted that 20-year-old Pakistani youth Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, who lives in Canada, was arrested on charges of trying to help ISIS.
Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, also known as Shahzeb Jadoon, was arrested in Canada on a complaint from New York. Twenty-year-old Muhammad Shahzeb Khan had planned to carry out a massacre at a Jewish center in Brooklyn using automatic and semi-automatic weapons.
According to the report, during a brief Supreme Court hearing in Montreal today, 20-year-old Pakistani youth Muhammad Shahzeb Khan agreed to be sent to the United States to stand trial.
Shahzeb had been jailed on the orders of American authorities since his arrest in Ormistown, Quebec, on September 4.
American authorities also accused Muhammad Shahzeb of attempting to provide financial support and resources to ISIS.
The suspect will be extradited to New York authorities for a court trial in the coming weeks.
