The Islamabad District and Sessions Court has granted r55d5 bail to Bushra Bibi, the wife of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, in connection with cases related to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) protest held on November 26.
Bushra Bibi had filed bail applications for cases registered at Tarnol and Ramna police stations.
Duty Judge Shabir Bhatti approved her interim bail until January 13, requiring her to submit surety bonds worth Rs50,000 for each case.
Accompanied by her legal team, she appeared in court for the proceedings.
The cases against Bushra Bibi involve alleged violations during the PTI protest, with subsequent hearings scheduled for January.
