Prominent Pakistani artist Atif Aslam has unveiled a groundbreaking initiative, “Borderless World,” designed to break down creative barriers and offer a worldwide platform for rising musical talents.
The launch event, held at a cinema in Lahore, attracted a host of notable figures from Pakistan’s entertainment sphere.
Among those in attendance were Sahir Ali Bagga, Bilal Saeed, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Naimal Khawar Abbasi, Saba Qamar, Emmad Irfani, and Anoushey Ashraf, alongside acclaimed filmmaker Bilal Lashari, producer Ammara Hikmat, and singer Shae Gill.
During the event, Atif Aslam explained that Borderless World is envisioned as a haven for musicians, poets, and artists to express their creativity without restrictions.
“This is a space where art knows no borders, and dreams have no limits,” he remarked.
Reflecting on his artistic journey, Atif noted that after years of playback singing, he now feels free to explore new avenues.
“The timing was perfect to launch this vision,” he shared, emphasizing that the project represents a bold step toward reshaping artistic collaboration on a global stage.
Atif also hinted at revisiting elements of his earlier musical style while experimenting with innovative sounds. “You might find echoes of the old Atif Aslam in this venture,” he teased.
With “Borderless World,” Atif Aslam aspires to elevate both his music and Pakistan’s creative industry to unprecedented levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and nurturing new talent on a global scale.
