Atif Aslam, the pride of Pakistan’s music industry, has launced a brand-new music initiative called Borderless World.
According to content producer Ukhano, Aslam quoted Denzel Washington in a vlog saying “In the first phase of life you learn, then you earn, and then you return.”
“I feel like it’s time to give back to aspiring musicians, directors, videographers, and other talented people,” he further said. He said, “I think it will make a difference.”
Atif explained the Borderless World concept and revealed that the series will be for multiple seasons. New and remixed sounds are included in five to six episodes of the first season.
The music in all the releases would be brand new. The program is open to everyone with talent in acting, directing, filming, music, or lyrical writing.
He said, “I am accessible to them, ” and asked others to come and show off their talents. There will be opportunities for people selected to collaborate on the platform.
Aslam said he was satisfied that young musicians could take part in such a project and follow their musical pursuits.
His objective is to produce maximum influence on the next generation of artists, he said.
Looking at earlier times, he said although he got inspiration from great bands like Junoon, Vital Signs, and Strings, he never got one-to-one mentoring from seniors.
Moreover, he added, “I think this program will have a huge impact on people’s lives and music.”
