The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has granted bail to Former Prime Minister and Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s sisters.
Following their detention earlier this month ATC approved bail for Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan.
The hearing was heard by Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain. Judge Abul approved the bail application
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain granted bail to ATC, setting bail at Rs20,000 for each defendant. Aleema and Uzma Khan had been detained since October 4 in connection with a case filed at Kohsar police station.
Despite objections from Prosecutor Raja Naveed, the court approved the bail applications, ordering the immediate release of both sisters.
