Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has finally reacted to the abstrusely grown divorce rumors between son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
The separation rumors of Abhishek and Aishwarya, gained momentum when both of them attended Anant Ambani’s wedding separately this year.
However, the Bachchan family has maintained complete silence on the whole matter.
In response, Amitabh Bachchan tried to call off the news of Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai’s divorce as a lie in a blog post yesterday.
The long blog post was shared on social media, in which Amitabh Bachchan denied the news.
Standing out from the crowd in today’s world requires both courage and sincerity. When it comes to my family, I choose not to discuss them publicly as I value privacy in my personal life. Speculations remain just that unfounded and unverified.
The Big B added that the profession we are associated with or whatever is written must be verified first. I will not challenge anyone’s choice of profession.
The actor criticized the role of the Indian media and expressed great disappointment over the news published about the divorce.
He further added, write whatever you wish, but keep in mind that framing something as a question means you acknowledge it might be considered objectionable. Spread falsehoods or questionable statements, and you lose credibility.
