American actress Michelle Trachtenberg was known for her outstanding performance in popular dramas such as Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Gossip Girl.
According to police, an emergency call was received from her apartment in New York City at 8 am on Wednesday, where she was found unconscious.
Police say that medical personnel confirmed her death on the spot, and the initial investigation does not suspect any criminal activity.
It is worth noting that Michelle had recently undergone a liver transplant and may have died of natural causes, however, a medical examination is underway to determine the final cause of death.
Michelle Trachtenberg began her career at the age of 3 and worked on shows such as The Adventures of Pete and Pete and All My Children.
