Fawad Khan, one of the most successful Pakistani actors to have graced the entertainment industry, is back with another project in the bank. Taking to social media platform, the Legend of Maula Jatt famed actor shared the poster and a tester from his upcoming project, Beat.
Fawad Khan – from Lollywood to Bollywood
Khan, a name synonymous with elegance and talent, is an actor par excellence. From his roaring success on the small screen with Humsafar opposite Mahira Khan — that went on to become a cult classic — to his Bollywood venture with Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Khan has etched his name among some of the most prominent stars in the South Asian geography.
Not just in Lollywood, the Ashk star has also starred in a number of Bollywood films and is regarded as a promising star across border. Khan’s illustrious career holds a plethora of accolades, critically and commercially successful drama serials and films, and other ventures. With his latest project, the Numm star will once again be proving his mettle with his remarkable acting skills.

Despite having a decade long career, Khan has been on a considerable hiatus ever since his blockbuster film, The Legend of Maula Jatt, became an overnight success for its cult classic characters and storyline, in 2022. Fast forward to 2024, Khan took to Instagram to share a film poster, causing excitement among his fandom.
Sharing the poster on the picture-sharing app, Khan introduced his look for the upcoming project. With a closeup shot of Khan in neon purple lights blended with a shot of his silhouette standing over a balcony, the project’s title, Beat, read in white in all caps.

The project is scheduled to be released on March 1st. Other significant details surrounding the project remain under wraps, except that Beat will be available on an OTT platform, marking a potential shift in Khan’s focus towards streaming services.
Opposite Khan would be an ensemble cast of Daniyal Naeem, Irfan Junejo, Shahveer Jaffrey, and Junaid Akram.
Other than Beat, Khan will also be seen in Mansoor Ali Khan’s Neelofar, and Aan. He was recently seen in MCU’s Ms. Marvel. Khan will also be making his — and Pakistani entertainment industry’s — Netflix debut with Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo. It revolves around Sikandar, a Harvard law student who experiences a life-changing incident that makes him keep others at bay, and Liza, a talented artist who is bursting with life but has had a troubled past. They meet in Italy, according to IMDb.
